High-end bottled water company Ounce Water, Inc. founded by actor Theo Rossi has reorganized, with a trustee holding company representing Rossi’s property rights and an official board of directors assuming responsibility of the management of the famous famous water brand. International marketing veteran Roger Wood will serve as independent director and CEO, guiding the company into its next phase.
In reorganizing the business, Theo and his wife and co-founder Meghan Rossi ensure that a long-term professional management structure and a formal succession plan are implemented in the best interests of the business, with its employees at the center. Going forward, Theo Rossi will focus on contributing to Once Water’s celebrity endorsement strategy. Meghan Rossi will become chairman of the board, working closely with Roger Wood to explore strategic options for the business.

Theo Rossi and Roger Wood met years before, when Wood’s management company, Blue Bear Brands, advised Rossi on potential marketing and distribution strategies for celebrity-led businesses at Paradigm Talent Agency. The day-to-day management of Once Water, Inc. will be assumed by Roger and Blue Bear, who previously advised a number of celebrities on the structures of their businesses, including those in the wine, rum and coffee categories.
Blue Bear has valuable experience in the water business through its work with FloWater, an industry innovator of touchless water dispensers, refill stations and faucet filters. While President of RIL Direct, the direct-to-consumer division of Reebok International Ltd., Roger was deeply involved in the launch of Greg Norman’s wine business and shark.com, when Reebok is interested in the brand.
